Ted and Christine lived and worked among the Garrwa Australian Indigenous people. Amongst these people, they raised their children and translated most of the New Testament, along with parts of the Old Testament, into the Garrwa language.

They are two very ordinary individuals who grew up in the South Island of New Zealand. At the age of 15, they both left school to go and work on farms before God called them to live a very different life!
