About the Author:

Mark Keown is a New Zealander living in Auckland. He is married to Emma, a Presbyterian Minister, and has three daughters. He was not raised in an active Christian family, but became a devoted follower of Jesus in his early twenties. He has a doctorate, from the Australian College of Theology, on evangelism in Paul's letter to the Philippians. Aside from a number of articles, this is his second work, the other being a technical study published by Paternoster in 2008. Mark currently teaches at Laidlaw College (formerly Bible College of New Zealand) specialising in New Testament studies. He can be found on his blog.
